Board Meetings, HRW Management, and Board of Directors

The Bakers Landing Townhomes Association is managed by an elected Board of Directors. Homeowners are encouraged to attend board meetings and to address their comments and suggestions regarding the betterment of Bakers Landing to any Board member or to HRW Management.

Bakers Landing Board Meetings

All Bakers Landing homeowners are invited to attend the meetings of the Board. Those meetings typically are held on the second Tuesday of odd-numbered months at 6:30pm. Dates and times may change to accommodate schedule interferences or meetings may be added in emergencies. Be sure to check the calendar below or contact a board member for changes to the regular schedule.

 

Meeting Locations

Annual meetings are held in the Springmoor Auditorium. The date and time is distributed by mail at the beginning of each year. If you need directions to its location, feel free to contact a board member or HRW.

 

Regular and emergency meetings are held in the homes of board members. If the location isn't shown in the calendar below, contact a board member or HRW to find out where it is.

 

Meeting Calendar

Bakers Landing Board Meetings are planned for 6:30pm on the second Tuesday of every other month. In special situations we may hold additional, unplanned meetings.

 

All dates and times are subject to change, so check here or with a board member for verification before you attend. Announcements of our annual meetings are posted here and sent to you by US mail.
