The Greystone Association is managed by an elected Board of Directors. The Directors' powers and duties are described in the By-Laws of Greystone Association. Homeowners are encouraged to attend HOA board meetings and to address their comments and suggestions regarding the betterment of Greystone to any Board member or to Charleston Management.
Greystone Association Board Meetings
All Greystone homeowners are invited to attend the meetings of the Board. Those meetings typically are held on the third Thursday of odd-numbered months at 7pm. However, dates and times may change to accommodate schedule interferences, or meetings may be added in emergencies. Be sure to check the calendar below for changes to the regular schedule.
Meeting Locations
Regular meetings are held in the offices of Ammons-Pittman, 911 Paverstone Drive. This building is just north of the intersection of Lead Mine and Old Lead Mine roads. Annual meetings are held in the auditorium of the Springmoor Retirement Community. See the calendar below for locations of special meetings or for any changes in plans.
Greystone HOA Meetings are planned for the third Thursday of every other month at 7pm. In emergency situations, we hold unplanned, special meetings; those meeting dates and times are shown below.
All dates and times are subject to change, so check here or with a board member for verification before you attend. Announcements of our annual meetings are posted here and sent to you by US mail.
