Greystone Village is a community of over 830 homes in 16 neighborhoods that are in Raleigh, NC. The community is situated in a beautiful and growing part of north Raleigh with three lakes, thousands of trees, and many caring neighbors.

The Greystone Village Homeowners' Association is managed by a group of volunteers that make up its Board of Directors with the help of Charleston Management Corporation. All homeowners are invited to get involve and help us make our community even better. Individuals that are interested in discovering more are welcome to attend the next Board of Directors meeting or Contact the Board directly anytime.

The Greystone Village Homeowners’ Association includes a Swim & Racquet Club on an 8 acre site that has a 10 Lane Swimming Pool, 4 tennis courts and 2 Sand Volleyball Courts. The club is run as a subsidiary of the Greystone Village Homeowners’ Association and is independently managed. It receives no funds from the HOA. It is open to membership to both Greystone HOA members as well as non-Greystone HOA members.
